This Skill automates the production of concise, investor-facing update documents by combining KPI metrics and customer conversation insights so founders can produce consistent monthly reports quickly.

  • Call analysis: Pull and filter Fireflies transcripts for customer-facing meetings, extract themes, expansion and risk signals, and surface evidence for highlights and lowlights.
  • DOCX templating & validation: Render a structured DOCX exactly matching the investor update template with precise typography, bullet formatting, and run repository validation.

Quick Start

Generate an investor report for the previous calendar month using the Google Sheets KPI dashboard and Fireflies transcripts and save the DOCX to the specified output path.
