What problem does it solve?
This Skill resolves iOS workflow fragmentation by acting as a backward-compatible redirect for the legacy standalone /ios-ship command, eliminating confusion from duplicate outdated iOS skill content and routing all requests to the correct consolidated specialist skills.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Backward-Compatible Routing: Preserves muscle memory for users who previously invoked the standalone /ios-ship skill, so existing commands continue to work without retraining.
- Automatic Task Classification: Automatically categorizes user requests as either iOS development tasks (build, run, debug, test, screenshots, ASO) or iOS release tasks (signing, archiving, TestFlight upload, App Store submission, OTA sync) and routes them to the appropriate skill.
- Use Case: A developer who previously used /ios-ship to submit an app update can still run that exact command, and the skill will automatically send release-related steps to /ship's Phase 4.7 workflow and development-related steps to the /ios super skill without requiring the user to learn new command names.
