This SOP provides a structured, end-to-end workflow for turning novels or IP into a short drama and AI-generated video, ensuring a repeatable process with stepwise confirmations and the ability to start from different entry points (拆书分析 to 分镜).

Quick Start
Start with your IP novel and run Step 1拆书分析 to generate the拆书分析, then proceed step by step, confirming each output before moving to the next step.
