• Interactive project initialization: Collects region, namespace, and environment, while optionally accepting an AWS profile or using the default credential chain.
• AWS account ID auto-detection: Uses the AWS CLI to detect the account ID when possible and falls back to manual entry when not.
• Safe, schema-validated configuration writing: Validates every prompted value and writes an IPA-managed .env plus a matching .env.example template for team onboarding.
• Idempotent re-initialization: Preserves all non-IPA variables in .env while allowing selective updates to IPA-managed values.
