Yes. If you ask for practice without providing a hypo, the skill generates one in your subject area, you write the answer, and it grades your response. It flags any sub-issues it is less confident about.

No. The skill never rewrites your answer or provides a full model IRAC. It may show at most one or two clearly labeled example phrasings illustrating a structural move, using generic placeholders rather than your actual issue.

For jurisdictions or areas the skill does not know well, it grades structure only and says so explicitly. Rule statements it cannot verify are flagged with VERIFY so you can cross-check against your outline.

Each graded session is appended to a per-student tracker file recording missed issues, rule accuracy, analysis gaps, and organization. After three or more sessions, the skill surfaces recurring patterns like consistently weak rule application.

Grading gives pass/borderline/not-yet bands rather than precise scores, and it cannot substitute for a professor's rubric. Any cited cases or statutes must be verified on Westlaw, Fastcase, or CourtListener before use.
