Frequently Asked Questions about iteration-workflow

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

What is a multi-phase development iteration workflow?▼

A development iteration workflow orchestrates a complete end-to-end process across nine phases, from brainstorming to finalization. It ensures cohesive execution of complex software tasks by applying structured planning, implementation, and review steps.

How do I automate planning and execution for a complex software task?▼

You can automate the full software task lifecycle by running an iteration workflow that orchestrates nine phases automatically. It manages state transitions, parallel execution, and structured reviews from brainstorming to finalization.

Can I use parallel task execution within a structured development workflow?▼

Yes, the iteration workflow supports parallel task execution alongside state-driven tracking. It allows you to manage multiple development phases concurrently while maintaining per-phase state transitions and configurable tooling.

Does the workflow support a lite mode for smaller development tasks?▼

Yes, the workflow supports both full and lite modes to accommodate different task complexities. You can configure the iteration phases to run a streamlined process for smaller tasks while still maintaining structured reviews.

When do I need state-driven phase management for software development?▼

State-driven phase management is needed for complex software projects requiring end-to-end coordination across multiple stages like brainstorming, planning, implementation, and testing. It ensures per-phase transitions and dynamic configuration loading for cohesive execution.

What are the limitations of a lite iteration workflow for complex projects?▼

The lite mode may bypass deeper structured reviews and multi-agent tooling integration needed for complex software tasks. For full end-to-end planning, execution, and finalization across all nine phases, the full workflow mode is required.
