What problem does it solve?

This Skill prevents cultural drift and outdated operational rules in the IWE by performing a focused weekly review of operating rules, identifying violations, gaps, and rules that should be added, changed, or removed.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Load and inspect DP.M.008: Reads the IWE operating rules registry and the 14 culture elements to establish the source of truth.
• Four-question analysis per rule: Synthesizes Quick Close reports, DayPlans, commits and fleeting notes to answer what was learned, which rules hindered work, which rules are missing, and which rules were routinely bypassed.
• Report and change proposal: Produces a structured markdown report with health metrics, violations, deadweight rules, and candidates for formalization, then guides approval and updates to DP.M.008 and implementations.
• Use Cases: Automated Week Close run by the Strateg role, or a manual cultural review after a sprint or organizational change.

Quick Start

Run the iwe-rules-review during Week Close to analyze weekly commits, DayPlans and Quick Close reports and produce a proposed DP.M.008 update for approval.
