SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Decomposition playbook and governance for kanban-based orchestrators: it routes work, decomposes tasks, and enforces anti-temptation rules so multi-agent workflows run without executing the actual work auto-assigned to non-orchestrator roles.

Core Features & Use Cases

Kanban-driven task decomposition and routing to the appropriate profiles.
Enforcement of system-prompt governance and anti-temptation rules for orchestrator roles.
Support for profile discovery, parallel lanes, dependencies, and synthesis steps across workers.

Quick Start

Describe your goal and available profiles, and I will generate the Kanban task graph.

Frequently Asked Questions about kanban-orchestrator

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate multi-agent tasks without workers executing unauthorized work?▼

Multi-agent task coordination requires a kanban orchestrator to decompose tasks into work units and enforce non-execution guardrails, ensuring workers only handle assigned roles. Anti-temptation rules prevent workers from auto-executing the actual work assigned to other profiles.

What is kanban-based task decomposition for multi-agent workflows?▼

Kanban-based task decomposition routes complex multi-agent workflows into kanban-enabled work units, managing profile discovery, task fan-out, gating, and synthesis. It generates an explicit task graph with dependencies across multiple workers for auditable coordination.

How do I set up task routing and dependency management across multiple worker profiles?▼

Describe your goal and available profiles to generate a kanban task graph that routes work to appropriate profiles. The graph manages parallel lanes, dependencies, and synthesis steps, enforcing system-prompt governance for orchestrator roles.

Can I use kanban orchestration for parallel lanes and synthesis steps across different workers?▼

Yes, kanban orchestration supports parallel lanes, dependency management, and synthesis steps across multiple workers. It routes decomposed tasks to appropriate profiles while maintaining anti-temptation rules and non-execution guardrails for safe coordination.

When should I use an orchestrator with anti-temptation rules for multi-agent systems?▼

Use an orchestrator with anti-temptation rules when multi-agent workflows require strict governance to prevent workers from executing tasks outside their assigned profiles. This ensures safe, auditable coordination through explicit task-graph generation and dependency management.
