SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill provides a governance-forward Kanban orchestration playbook that routes work to specialized profiles instead of executing tasks itself, enabling safer, auditable collaboration across agents.

Core Features & Use Cases

Decomposition playbook for routing work between researchers, analysts, writers, reviewers, and backend/frontend engineers.
Auto-injected guidance and structured prompts that enforce "don't execute" behavior and preserve an audit trail.
Standard specialist roster with clear ownership and handoff rules for parallel and gated work.

Quick Start

Provide a user prompt and let the orchestrator decompose it into Kanban cards assigned to the appropriate profiles.

Frequently Asked Questions about kanban-orchestrator

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I route multi-agent workflows to specialized roles without scope creep?▼

Multi-agent workflow routing prevents scope creep by decomposing prompts into Kanban tasks and assigning them to a standard roster of specialized profiles with strict guardrails. This ensures safe handoffs and clear ownership across parallel and gated work.

What is Kanban orchestration for long-running agent collaborations?▼

Kanban orchestration for agent collaborations is a governance playbook that decomposes user prompts into assignable cards rather than executing the work itself. It enforces audit trails, human-in-the-loop decisions, and safe handoffs across specialized profiles.

Can I use a single orchestrator to manage researchers, analysts, and engineers together?▼

Yes, a single orchestrator can manage researchers, analysts, writers, reviewers, and backend/frontend engineers together. It uses a standard specialist roster with clear ownership and auto-injected guidance to enforce handoff rules for parallel and gated work.

How do I start decomposing a prompt into Kanban cards for specialized agents?▼

To start decomposing a prompt into Kanban cards, provide your user prompt to the orchestrator. It will automatically break down the request into structured tasks assigned to the appropriate specialized profiles with enforced "don't execute" behavior.

Does multi-agent orchestration require an audit trail for human-in-the-loop decisions?▼

Yes, multi-agent orchestration requiring human-in-the-loop decisions needs an audit trail. The orchestration playbook auto-injects structured prompts that preserve audit trails and enforce governance guardrails to ensure safe handoffs between specialized profiles.

When should I not use a governance-forward orchestration playbook for agent routing?▼

You should not use a governance-forward orchestration playbook when your workflow requires direct task execution rather than routing. This approach explicitly enforces a "don't execute" behavior, focusing entirely on decomposition, audit trails, and safe handoffs.
