SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill requires pyyaml, and includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) and assets (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill solves the complexity of managing multi-agent video production by providing a structured, Kanban-based orchestration framework that decomposes high-level video requests into manageable, specialized agent tasks.

Core Features & Use Cases

Adaptive Pipeline Design: Automatically scopes video requests and designs custom agent teams based on style and requirements.
Task Graph Orchestration: Manages complex dependencies between specialized roles like writers, renderers, and editors using a shared workspace.
Use Case: A user wants to create a 3-minute music video. This Skill will design a team including a music supervisor, ASCII renderer, and editor, then generate the setup scripts to initialize the project workspace and task board.

Quick Start

Use the kanban-video-orchestrator skill to plan and bootstrap a new video production pipeline for a 30-second product teaser.

FAQPage Schema

How do I orchestrate multi-agent video production pipelines?▼

Multi-agent video production pipelines are orchestrated by decomposing creative briefs into structured Kanban task graphs. This coordinates specialized agent profiles within a shared workspace to manage complex dependencies for diverse video styles.

What is the best way to manage dependencies between specialized video agents?▼

Managing dependencies between specialized video agents is best handled through a structured Kanban task graph. This framework coordinates roles like writers and editors within a shared workspace to track production stages.

Does this video orchestration framework require a specific agent runtime?▼

This video orchestration framework requires the Hermes agent runtime to execute setup scripts and monitor task execution. It also requires Python 3.11+ and the pyyaml dependency to function properly.

Can I use Kanban task orchestration for product marketing videos?▼

Kanban task orchestration supports product marketing videos by automatically scoping requests and designing custom agent teams. The framework adapts pipeline designs based on specific style and video requirements.

How to bootstrap a video production pipeline for a short teaser?▼

To bootstrap a video production pipeline for a short teaser, use the orchestrator to plan the project. It generates setup scripts that initialize the project workspace and task board for the specialized agent team.

What types of video styles can multi-agent orchestration decompose?▼

Multi-agent orchestration decomposes diverse video styles including narrative film, product marketing, and generative art. It scopes each request to design a custom team, such as a music supervisor and editor for music videos.
