SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill provides the necessary guidance and operational logic for AI agents acting as workers within a Kanban-based task management system, preventing common pitfalls in agentic collaboration.

Core Features & Use Cases

Lifecycle Management: Standardizes the agent workflow through orient, work, heartbeat, and completion phases.
Task Handoffs: Provides structured patterns for completing tasks, blocking for human review, and managing cross-agent dependencies.
Use Case: When an agent is dispatched to handle a coding task, this skill ensures it correctly manages the workspace, handles tenant isolation, and provides structured metadata for downstream reviewers.

Quick Start

Use the kanban-worker skill to guide your current task execution by following the established lifecycle for workspace handling and task completion.
