What problem does it solve?

It helps you detect when expected project artifacts are missing, extra, or changed relative to a reference framework, preventing silent drift across local and remote versions.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Local artifact comparison: Compares .md logical artifact files under configured artifact paths against the corresponding framework path and reports existence and content differences.
  • Remote framework comparison via GitHub MCP: Retrieves the latest framework artifacts from a remote repository using GitHub MCP and compares them to local and configured installed artifacts.
  • Read-only safety: Performs read-only listing and diffing without modifying .ahrena/ or any framework directories.

Quick Start

Ask the AI to run the kata in remote mode and produce a diff report showing which artifacts exist only in your project artifacts, only in the remote framework, and which ones differ.
