What problem does it solve?
Load at the start of every distro-intel cron run. This workflow analyzes what solo devs / indie makers are successfully publishing on Reddit, X, and Medium in the last 7 days and extracts reusable patterns from those viral posts. Not about writing our own content — about learning from others' approaches. Contains the source scan list, the 3-case output template, the 'why this worked' analysis framework, and the silence-on-empty rule.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Source scanning across Reddit: r/SideProject top posts of the past 7 days; X threads from Levelsio and other indie creators; Medium Show HN / product launch posts; Hacker News Show HN top of the week.
- Selects 3 most successful cases based on upvotes/claps/comments, verified solo/indie status, and recency.
- Provides 2-3 observations per case (title hooks, opening lines, description structure, comment handling) and a concrete, reusable tactic.
- Generates a briefing following the prescribed output template and performs a self-check before sending.
