Kiln-build-prd automates the end-to-end Kiln pipeline by reading the PRD to determine the required agent team structure and orchestrating the sequence: specify, plan, tasks, implement, audit, and PR.

  • Enforces branch and PRD-driven workflows from the current HEAD, including PRD freeze and baseline steps.
