What problem does it solve?

Final retrospective and self-assessment for Claude Code Lab participants. Runs four sequential interactive parts — progress audit, best prompt, monthly plan, and feedback — using AskUserQuestion. Triggers on "/lab-retro", "lab retrospective", "claude code lab final", or after completing the 6-week Claude Code Lab cohort.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Four-part retrospective workflow that guides graduates through structured reflection, artifact capture, and feedback collection.
  • Artifacts are saved to lab-retro-output/ with files: 01-progress.md, 02-best-prompt.md, 03-month-plan.md, 04-feedback.json and 04-feedback-report.md.
  • Jump-to-part capability (e.g., /lab-retro 2) and progress resume support.

Quick Start

Run the lab-retro skill using /lab-retro or say lab retrospective to begin, then follow the AskUserQuestion prompts to complete all four parts and generate artifacts in lab-retro-output/.
