SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Launch coordination is often fragmented across teams, leading to missed prerequisites and chaotic days. This skill provides a structured, phase-driven framework to align GTM readiness, product readiness, and stakeholder communication.

Core Features & Use Cases

Launch Readiness Tracking: captures prerequisites, owners, and status for GTM and product milestones.
Day-of Orchestration: coordinates activities, communications, escalation paths, and post-launch handoffs.
Phase-Driven Playbooks: provides step-by-step checklists and gating criteria to minimize risk.
Use Case: for a new feature release, align marketing, product, sales, and support to complete prerequisites before go-live and execute the day-of plan.

Quick Start

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate a product launch across multiple teams?▼

Coordinate a product launch by applying a phase-driven framework that gates go-to-market plan completion, stakeholder alignment, and structured pre/post-launch checklists. This ensures cross-functional teams complete prerequisites before go-live and execute day-of activities smoothly.

What is the best way to track launch readiness for feature releases?▼

Track launch readiness by capturing prerequisites, owners, and status for both GTM and product milestones. This structured tracking prevents missed prerequisites and ensures marketing, product, sales, and support are fully aligned before day-of execution.

How do I manage day-of execution for a go-to-market launch?▼

Manage day-of execution by orchestrating activities, communications, escalation paths, and post-launch handoffs. This structured approach prevents chaotic days and ensures all cross-functional teams execute the approved go-to-market plan simultaneously.

Can I use phase-driven checklists to minimize product launch risk?▼

Yes, phase-driven playbooks provide step-by-step checklists and gating criteria to minimize product launch risk. They enforce prerequisite completion and stakeholder alignment before advancing, reducing fragmented coordination across teams.

When do I need a structured framework for cross-functional go-to-market events?▼

You need a structured framework for cross-functional go-to-market events when coordinating GTM-bound launches, feature releases, or any event requiring stakeholder alignment. It prevents fragmented coordination and missed prerequisites across teams.

Why does launch coordination fail without gating criteria?▼

Launch coordination fails without gating criteria because fragmented teams miss prerequisites and create chaotic days. Structured gating on GTM plan completion and stakeholder alignment ensures all prerequisites are met before go-live execution.
