SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

Orchestrates a holistic QA lifecycle across Lean 4 projects, aligning enforcement, reviews, coverage, and health metrics to ensure governance and milestone readiness.

Core Features & Use Cases

orchestrates seven-dimension QA lifecycle (Q1–Q7) for Lean projects
coordinates enforcement scripts, council reviews, coverage tracking, and health dashboards
supports hard gates for Q1/Q2 and soft gates for Q3–Q7, with persistent Q_score and per-dimension breakdown
ideal for pre-milestone audits, retroactive improvements, and ongoing quality governance

Quick Start

Run the seven-dimension QA lifecycle to gate milestones and compute the Q_score.

Frequently Asked Questions about lean-quality-engine

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate QA lifecycle gates for Lean 4 project milestones?▼

Coordinate Lean 4 QA lifecycle gates by running seven-dimension quality enforcement. Hard gates Q1 and Q2 halt milestone progress on failure, while soft gates Q3 through Q7 report gaps and persist a per-dimension Q_score breakdown.

What is a Q_score in Lean project quality engineering?▼

A Q_score in Lean quality engineering is a persistent health metric computed across seven QA dimensions. It provides a per-dimension breakdown to track project health, coverage, and governance readiness for milestones.

How do I run pre-milestone quality audits for Lean 4 projects?▼

Run pre-milestone quality audits for Lean 4 projects by orchestrating the seven-dimension QA lifecycle. This coordinates enforcement scripts, council reviews, and coverage tracking to gate milestones and compute the Q_score.

Can I use hard gates to halt Lean 4 milestone progress on quality failures?▼

Yes, you can use hard gates to halt Lean 4 milestone progress. The quality lifecycle applies hard gates to dimensions Q1 and Q2 to stop progress on failure, while soft gates for Q3 to Q7 report gaps.

What is the best way to track project health and coverage for Lean 4 governance?▼

Track Lean 4 project health and coverage by orchestrating the seven-dimension QA lifecycle. It coordinates health dashboards, coverage tracking, and council reviews, persisting a Q_score with per-dimension breakdown for governance.

Does Lean quality engineering work for retroactive improvements on existing projects?▼

Lean quality engineering supports retroactive improvements on existing projects by applying the seven-dimension QA lifecycle. It assesses current health, identifies soft gate gaps in Q3 through Q7, and computes a Q_score to guide enhancements.
