What problem does it solve?
Simulated user interview practice that helps product managers build confidence in conducting effective interviews, extract meaningful JTBD insights, and receive structured coaching feedback on technique and performance.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Simulation Phase: AI plays a realistic user persona for a 10–15 exchange interview to practice open-ended questioning, probing, and rapport-building.
- Coaching Debrief: After the simulation, the AI provides structured feedback across five dimensions (question quality, bias avoidance, insight extraction, interview flow, and technique usage) with concrete examples.
- Phase 2 Optional Mini-Practice: Learners can run a brief second interview focused on improving a specific area based on debrief results.
- Prerequisites: Learner context questions to personalize experience and adjust difficulty, including experience with interviews and learning goals.
Quick Start
Begin the interview by answering the two learner-context questions, then start the simulated user interview as Alex.
