SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Summarize learnings from a completed opportunity into a concise, actionable report to accelerate decision-making and iteration.

Core Features & Use Cases

Consolidates PDD, test results, monitoring reports, data reviews, transcripts, and closeout feedback into a single, coherent learnings document.
Generates a new PDD when iteration is warranted to trigger another CRISPR-Connect cycle.
Writes outputs to Google Drive (ACE/<opp-name>/closeout) with standardized filenames for easy reuse.

Quick Start

Summarize all opportunity learnings and generate a new PDD if iteration is warranted.

Frequently Asked Questions about learnings-summary

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I summarize project learnings from multiple artifacts into a single closeout report?▼

To summarize project learnings, you aggregate PDDs, test results, monitoring data, transcripts, and closeout feedback into a centralized, actionable report. This consolidation accelerates decision-making by synthesizing diverse opportunity artifacts into a single coherent document.

What is a PDD and when do I need to generate a new one during process improvement?▼

A PDD is a process design document used to trigger new cycles in process improvement. You generate a new PDD when iteration is warranted after synthesizing closeout feedback, ensuring continuous process enhancement and actionable next steps.

How do I consolidate test results and monitoring reports into standardized documentation?▼

You consolidate test results and monitoring reports by synthesizing them alongside PDDs and data reviews into standardized markdown files. The output is suitable for saving as learnings.md and new-pdd.md in your closeout directory.

Can I automatically generate a new PDD from closeout feedback and transcripts?▼

Yes, you can automatically generate a new PDD from closeout feedback and transcripts when iteration occurs. The system evaluates aggregated artifacts and produces an optional new PDD to trigger another process improvement cycle.

Does the learnings summary output work with Google Drive for saving closeout documentation?▼

Yes, the learnings summary writes outputs directly to Google Drive. It saves the synthesized reports to ACE/<opp-name>/closeout using standardized filenames like learnings.md and new-pdd.md for easy reuse and centralized documentation.

What is the best way to aggregate opportunity artifacts for process improvement documentation?▼

The best way to aggregate opportunity artifacts is to synthesize PDDs, test results, monitoring reports, data reviews, and transcripts into a comprehensive learnings document. This produces actionable insights and an optional new PDD for continuous iteration.
