What problem does it solve?

This Skill fixes low legibility caused by insufficient contrast and poorly tuned typography spacing, so text becomes readable in real product conditions and not just in design mockups.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Contrast calibration: Applies WCAG-oriented contrast thresholds to choose accessible text and background color combinations, including dark mode and overlay-on-media cases.
  • Spacing tuning: Adjusts letter spacing (tracking) and line spacing (leading) for different sizes, casing (e.g., all-caps), and UI density so type renders clearly.
  • Practical audit guidance: Helps diagnose why “designed” typography still looks hard to read, using heuristic checks and common failure modes.
