This Skill helps teams diagnose where agent autonomy gains will deliver the highest ROI by turning qualitative design concerns into a consistent, scored “12 Leverage Points” assessment.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Dimension scoring with explicit rubrics: Scores 12 autonomy-driving dimensions (spec quality, context precision, tool availability, feedback loops, error recovery, and more) on a 1–5 scale with concrete definitions.
- ROI-oriented prioritization: Identifies the bottom three lowest-scoring dimensions as the highest-ROI improvement targets.
- ZTE level determination: Converts total score into a ZTE maturity label (Manual, Assisted, Autonomous, or Zero Touch) to communicate current capability level.
Quick Start
