What problem does it solve?
This Skill resolves the operational burden of granting or reclaiming Microsoft 365 licenses by ensuring license changes are performed only after an approved change request gate.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Change-request gated enforcement: Blocks any Entra ID write action until a completed change-request has been run and reviewed/approved.
- License state reconciliation: Resolves the user, reads current license assignments and available SKU pool capacity, then produces an auditable before/after snapshot.
- Safe add/remove and conflict handling: Verifies pool availability for assignments, verifies existing assignments for removals, and flags important SKU rules (e.g., E3 vs E5 coexistence).
