What problem does it solve?
This skill reads the connections section of lint_scan.json and identifies latent links that require review, surfacing both missing back-references and top-cited unread PMIDs to guide wiki maintenance and data ingestion decisions.

- Detect missing back-references: list entities referenced but not present in the target's referenced_by, enabling targeted compile/merge updates.
