This skill automates the creation of comprehensive literature reviews for AI safety research by discovering, collecting, and summarizing relevant papers and forum posts.

Quick Start
Provide a research topic or a proposal file to guide the search. I'll create an output folder, run an initial exploratory search, deduplicate results, download and summarize papers, and generate a final catalog and top-10 report.
