What problem does it solve?

Read inputs from ACE PDD and opportunity details, then assemble a vetted invite list of LLOs for Connect outreach in Phase 5, ensuring gating reviews before invites are sent.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Reads inputs from ACE/<opp-name>/pdd.md and ACE/<opp-name>/connect-setup/opportunity.md to identify LLO parameters and archetype constraints.
  • Generates an invites.md with LLO name, contact person, email, and rationale; writes gate-briefs/llo-invite.md for admin review.
  • Produces gate brief and status tracking for the invites; supports dry-run mode.

Quick Start

Prepare the initial invites and gate brief for a given opp by reading the PDD and opportunity details, applying archetype criteria, and writing ACE/<opp-name>/connect-setup/invites.md (prepared) and ACE/<opp-name>/gate-briefs/llo-invite.md (gate review).
