What problem does it solve?

Probes CLI agents (Codex, Gemini) and writes docs/environment_state.json — agent availability config for Phase 0

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Probes Codex and Gemini, captures availability, version, and disabled flags, and persists a state file to docs/environment_state.json.
  • Merges with prior state to preserve user overrides, and validates against the environment schema.
  • Enables other skills to read agent availability before live probing.

Quick Start

Run the environment scanner to generate or refresh docs/environment_state.json by probing Codex and Gemini.
