What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps ecomm teams design, relaunch, or audit loyalty and rewards programs that increase repeat purchase and lifetime value through causal lift—avoiding the common failure mode of mistaking self-selection for real impact.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Diagnose current performance and readiness by pulling cohort LTV, repeat purchase rates (30/60/90/180-day windows), AOV splits, and existing flow surfaces where loyalty messaging could live.
  • Design an effective program structure across points, tiered, paid membership, cashback, or charitable/value-based variants with explicit unit-economics constraints.
  • Specify tier thresholds, reward magnitudes, and ethics-aware expiry/breakage rules (including reminder cadence and communication guardrails).
  • Integrate the program into the customer lifecycle via welcome, post-purchase, winback, and other relevant flows so enrollment and value realization actually happen.
  • Plan measurement that proves incremental lift using causal vs correlational methodology (matched cohorts, holdouts, and stop-the-program tests).

Quick Start

Ask the skill to design your loyalty program by describing your current repeat purchase rates, AOV distribution, gross margin band, and which customer flows already communicate loyalty.
