What problem does it solve?

This skill prevents documentation sprawl by routing docs to a consistent folder structure, assigning category slugs, and maintaining a central index that reflects the repo's documentation state.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Classifies doc requests into category_label, category_slug, and component_slug, and proposes a proposed_path, filename, and an index_entry.
• Checks for existing docs to reuse or merge, and updates docs/index.yaml accordingly.
• Enforces framework docs boundaries under _localsetup/docs/ and respects optional docs.config.yaml and docs/.docs-classifications.yaml, emitting nonstandard_location warnings when necessary.
