What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates turning ambiguous or file-backed requirements into a structured, phased roadmap so teams can move from idea to executable plan without manual decomposition or ad-hoc guessing.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Two-wave CSV pipeline: parallel analysis agents assess scope, risk, and dependencies, followed by a single assembly agent that synthesizes findings into a roadmap with phases, milestones, and success criteria.
• Interactive refinement and graceful degradation: supports up to three user refinement rounds, an auto-confirm mode to skip interaction, and a degraded assembly mode if analysis agents fail.
• Traceable outputs and discovery board: writes master tasks.csv, results.csv, discoveries.ndjson, context.md, and .workflow/roadmap.md for auditability and downstream automation.
• Use Case: convert a product requirement or brainstorm session into a prioritized, dependency-aware multi-phase plan ready for sprint planning.
