SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This skill provides a standardized approach to preparing MARIMO notebooks for scheduled batch runs by enforcing a clear parameter contract with Pydantic models and UI/CLI configuration.

Core Features & Use Cases

Declarative parameter schemas via Pydantic, exposing run configuration as a single source of truth.
Flexible parameter input through an interactive UI form or a command-line interface for scripted automation.
Ready-made notebook template integration including environment configuration, logging (W&B), and reproducible training/run flows.

Quick Start

Open the MARIMO notebook and configure ModelParams via the UI or CLI, then run the batch workflow to schedule execution.

Frequently Asked Questions about marimo-batch

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I schedule MARIMO notebooks for automated batch runs?▼

To schedule MARIMO notebooks for batch runs, standardize the configuration using Pydantic models to enforce a parameter contract, then execute the workflow via CLI for scripted automation.

Can I define notebook run parameters declaratively with Pydantic in MARIMO?▼

Yes, you can define declarative parameter schemas via Pydantic in MARIMO, exposing the run configuration as a single source of truth for both interactive UI forms and CLI execution.

How do I pass parameters to a MARIMO notebook from the command line?▼

You pass parameters to a MARIMO notebook from the command line by configuring the Pydantic-based ModelParams through the CLI, enabling scripted automation for batch execution.

Does the MARIMO batch runner support Weights and Biases logging integration?▼

Yes, the MARIMO batch runner supports optional WandB integration, providing ready-made notebook templates that include environment configuration and logging for reproducible training flows.

What is the best way to manage environment configuration for reproducible MARIMO notebook workflows?▼

The best way to manage environment configuration for reproducible MARIMO workflows is using a standardized parameter contract with Pydantic models, handling both UI-driven forms and CLI inputs.
