What problem does it solve?

It solves the problem of uncertainty about campaign performance by defining UTMs, choosing an attribution model, and laying out a KPI dashboard and measurement plan before launch.

  • UTM scheme design: Produces a canonical campaign-wide UTM pattern (including source/medium/campaign/content/term) plus channel examples.
  • Attribution model decision: Selects an attribution approach (first-touch, last-touch, linear/time-decay, or position-based) with explicit rationale and tradeoffs.
  • Pre-launch KPI dashboard structure: Outputs a tile-by-tile dashboard SPEC tied directly to the campaign’s stated key results, including metric sources, refresh cadence, owners, and alert thresholds.
  • Instrumentation gate + retro template: Creates a T-7 checklist for required tracking and a T+30 post-launch retro template to evaluate KR vs target and channel ROI.
