What problem does it solve?

Coordinating marketing setup across portfolios is complex and time-consuming. This Skill provides a repeatable, guided workflow to discover sources, configure brand voice, select markets, map GTM paths, and scaffold a marketing project structure.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Project discovery: locate cogni-portfolio projects (portfolio.json) and cogni-trends projects (tips-project.json) to ensure data is available for marketing planning.
  • Brand configuration: set brand identity, voice, and messaging defaults aligned to target markets.
  • Market selection and GTM mapping: read markets from portfolio files and map GTM paths from tips-value-models to define target paths and content priorities.
  • Scaffold generation: create the cogni-marketing project directory structure and a marketing-project.json scaffold ready for content production.
  • Validation gates: enforce that portfolio and tips data exist before project initialization.
