What problem does it solve?

Scans the current project to identify the Service → Module → Resource hierarchy for tenant-manager registration. Detects service name and type, modules (via WithModule or component structure), resources per module (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ), and database names for each resource. Redis is excluded as a tenant-manager resource and is handled via key prefixing.
