What problem does it solve?
Matter data is often scattered across emails, org charts, and data rooms. This skill aggregates inputs, detects conflicts, assigns confidence levels, and produces a structured brief that serves as the foundation for all pre-execution work.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Mode 1 — Pre-engagement: Organises unstructured client data into a structured brief, flags conflicts, assigns confidence labels, and surfaces open questions. Does not draft the proposal.
- Mode 2 — Quick intake: Captures the agreed scope baseline and generates a matter scope summary, stakeholder register, initial assumptions log, LPM involvement definition, and open items list.
- Mode 3 — Full intake: Adds a full stakeholder matrix, comprehensive assumptions log, success criteria, formal LPM involvement definition, preliminary risk register, and kickoff agenda.
- Mode 4 — Mid-matter recovery: Reconstructs the original baseline from available materials, identifies deltas, and outputs a delta table plus a handoff to scope-change-controller.
