What problem does it solve?
This Skill solves the problem of inconsistently starting new litigation matters by guiding you through a standardized intake that captures parties, arbitration/mediation prerequisites, conflict checks status, risk triage, owners, legal hold, and key deadlines.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Standardized litigation intake: Collects identity, dispute type, our role, court/arbitration forum, mediation/arabuluculuk status, and other prerequisite facts needed to open a matter consistently.
- Conflicts-check workflow tracking: Records conflicts status (cleared/pending/not-run/waived), method, clearing party, cleared date, and controlled entities, with a security gate when not-run.
- Operational readiness output: Creates matter.md and history.md for the new case, appends a structured row to the matters/_log.yaml, and prepares an initial legal posture hypothesis for further verification.
- Legal-hold and deadlines capture: Prompts for evidence preservation status and records important timing items (response/objection periods, hearing/inspection dates, limitation/hard deadlines, and mediation settlement-tutanak date).
Quick Start
Open a new litigation file by running /matter-intake and provide a short case name (or let it prompt for the optional filename) so the Skill generates matter.md, history.md, and the structured log entry.
