SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill enables teams to run structured, multi-perspective meetings using predefined expert personas to explore a subject, surface trade-offs, and converge on a clear, implementable recommendation before committing resources.

Core Features & Use Cases

Persona-driven debates: simulate input from 3-5 expert roles to reveal diverse perspectives and identify conflicts.
Structured workflow: guides opening statements, peer responses, and convergence rounds to surface trade-offs.
Formal output: produces a French decision-analysis document suitable for stakeholders and an optional issue update.
Follow-up support: supports focused follow-up meetings (delta analysis) when confidence is low or disagreements remain.
On-demand publication: can post an analysis to a linked GitLab/GitHub issue for traceability.

Quick Start

Provide a decision question and a roster of personas; the system will execute a three-round meeting workflow and return a structured analysis ready for validation.

Frequently Asked Questions about meeting

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I simulate expert meetings to analyze architecture decisions?▼

You can simulate a multi-perspective meeting by providing a decision question and a roster of 3-5 expert personas. The system executes a three-round workflow of opening statements, peer responses, and convergence to produce a ready-to-validate recommendation.

What is the best way to run a multi-perspective debate for product trade-offs?▼

Running a multi-perspective debate for product trade-offs involves simulating expert personas who provide opening statements, peer responses, and convergence rounds. This structured workflow surfaces conflicts and delivers a clear, implementable recommendation.

Can I post the decision-analysis output directly to a GitHub or GitLab issue?▼

Yes, you can post the generated decision-analysis document directly to a linked GitLab or GitHub issue. This on-demand publication ensures traceability and keeps stakeholders aligned on the documented rationale.

How do I handle unresolved disagreements when a decision-analysis simulation concludes with low confidence?▼

When a decision-analysis simulation concludes with low confidence or remaining disagreements, you can run a focused follow-up meeting. This delta analysis specifically targets unresolved conflicts to drive further convergence and increase decision confidence.

Do I need to manually define the expert personas for an AI-agent meeting simulation?▼

Yes, you need to provide a roster of expert personas to drive the AI-agent meeting simulation. These predefined roles are essential to reveal diverse perspectives, surface trade-offs, and structure the negotiation across the team.
