It eliminates the risk of going into a meeting without reviewing the right email context by automatically compiling attendee-related threads and summarizing them into a concise pre-read.

- Meeting resolution from calendar context: locates the target event by event-id, subject keywords, or the next upcoming meeting.
- Email thread discovery tied to attendees and subject keywords: searches inbox messages within a configurable lookback window and deduplicates by conversation.
- Summarized meeting briefing output: produces a one-page “meeting pack” including meeting snapshot, attendee context, relevant thread summaries, open items, and suggested talking points.
Quick Start
Run /meeting-prep-pack with your meeting title and (optionally) an attendee email to generate a one-page briefing from the most relevant threads.
