SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Meeting notes are often too raw to reuse or too polished to trust, making it hard to know what was actually decided, what actions were assigned, and what risks or open questions remain.

Core Features & Use Cases

Decisions vs. discussion separation: Extracts decisions, action items, risks, and unresolved questions without inventing closure.
Attribution and ownership: Preserves attendee context and names owners/decision-makers when the notes support it.
Reusable follow-up artifacts: Produces a durable meeting brief, decision log, action list, and follow-up draft suitable for downstream memos and research workflows.

Quick Start

Ask your AI client to summarize a transcript into decisions, action items with owners if known, risks, and unresolved questions.
