SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill automates the quantitative analysis of mergers, enabling rapid assessment of accretion/dilution, pro forma EPS impacts, and purchase-price allocations to support deal decision-making.

Core Features & Use Cases

End-to-end merger modeling: gather inputs for acquirer, target, and deal terms to compute accretion/dilution, pro forma EPS, and purchase-price allocations.
Scenario analysis: build sensitivity tables for synergies, financing mix, and deal premiums to stress-test outcomes.
Output and communication: generate an Excel workbook with Sources & Uses, pro forma statements, and a concise pitch-ready summary.

Quick Start

Input acquirer/target data, deal terms, and synergy assumptions to generate a merger-model workbook.
