What problem does it solve?

Calculates and presents the ROI of a client’s social media and digital marketing investment using the Bodnar and Cohen (2012) formula: ROI = (TLV − COCA) ÷ COCA. Produces TLV calculations, COCA by channel, TLV:COCA ratio, attribution guidance, break-even analysis, a 12-month projection table, and consultant talking points for retainer justification.
