FAQPage Schema

How do I automate Map of Content creation for my vault sections?▼

Automating Map of Content creation involves scanning target vault sections, generating MOC content, and showing it for approval before writing to the vault. This ensures every note is reachable and accurately represented.

What is the best way to update existing MOCs and remove dead links in a vault?▼

Updating existing MOCs requires automated scans to add new notes and remove dead links. The generated content is presented for user approval before integration, ensuring no dead links remain and vault architecture stays current.

Can I generate MOCs for specific vault sections instead of the entire vault?▼

Yes, you can build MOCs for all vault sections or specify particular sections to target. This flexibility allows you to process and validate MOC data only where needed, ensuring comprehensive coverage without scanning everything.

How does a MOC builder integrate with a master Dashboard?▼

A MOC builder integrates with the master Dashboard by updating it to include links to all section MOCs. This connects the automated vault architecture documentation directly to your central navigation hub.

Do I need to manually approve automated MOC content before it is written?▼

Yes, user approval is required before generated MOC content is written to the vault. This validation step ensures the automated scans accurately represent your notes and vault architecture before any changes are committed.
