What problem does it solve?
This Skill solves the problem of getting a working but platform-locked “vibe-coded” project running in a normal local codebase without losing functionality.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Source-platform detection: Identifies whether the project originated from Replit, V0, Lovable, Bolt/StackBlitz, or was pasted from ChatGPT/Claude by scanning file markers and conventions.
- Working-feature preservation: Inventories what exists, then migrates pages, routes, and integrations while preserving working behavior and flagging inconsistencies as out-of-scope.
- Target-stack wiring: Maps env vars and integrations to a user-confirmed target stack (e.g., Next.js + Drizzle/Neon + auth + Stripe + Sentry/PostHog + Vercel) without migrating providers mid-port.
- Safety-first migration workflow: Performs pre-flight reads, commits in waves, verifies between waves, and produces OUT_OF_SCOPE.md for deferred issues.
