What problem does it solve?
This skill identifies gaps in contracts by locating clauses and protections that SHOULD be present but are missing, and provides insertable clause language with urgency ratings to close the gaps.

- Missing protections discovery: scans for essential protections across common contract types (SaaS, Employment/Consulting, NDA, MSA, Commercial Lease, Vendor agreements) and flags those that are absent.
- Urgency-driven recommendations: attaches CRITICAL, IMPORTANT, or RECOMMENDED risk levels and provides precise, ready-to-insert language.
- Output artifacts: generates a structured MISSING-PROTECTIONS-[contract-name].md containing contract overview, missing protections, existing protections, and a prioritized action list.
