What problem does it solve?

HydroCraft users require a reproducible, end-to-end workflow to configure, run, and validate mizuRoute-based river routing with gridded runoff and a vector river network. This Skill unifies network construction, runoff remapping, runoff format conversion, control generation, execution, and post-processing to enable method intercomparison and lake routing within HydroCraft basins.
