FAQPage Schema

What is a four-way business plan review and how does it surface stakeholder disagreements?▼

A four-way business plan review stress-tests a strategy by running independent assessments from investor, customer, operator, and skeptic perspectives. It aggregates these verdicts to specifically highlight conflicting opinions and taste decisions that require human resolution before commitment.

How do I run a gauntlet review on a business plan to test its viability?▼

To run a gauntlet review on a business plan, invoke the money-panel skill on your finalized plan. It will sequentially execute all four independent reviewer assessments, aggregate their scores, and present only the disagreements and taste decisions for your final review.

When should I stress-test a business plan using multiple reviewer perspectives?▼

You should stress-test a business plan using multiple reviewer perspectives when your plan is fully developed and ready for evaluation before final commitment. This process helps decide whether to proceed with the current strategy or revise it based on synthesized stakeholder disagreements.

Can I use a panel review for stakeholder synthesis on an early-stage business idea?▼

A panel review for stakeholder synthesis is designed for plans that are ready for stress-testing before commitment, rather than early-stage ideas. It requires a fully formed business plan to effectively evaluate investor, customer, operator, and skeptic perspectives and aggregate their verdicts.

What is the best way to synthesize stakeholder verdicts and identify taste decisions in a plan?▼

The best way to synthesize stakeholder verdicts is to run four independent reviewer assessments in sequence and aggregate their scores. This approach filters out consensus and specifically surfaces only the disagreements and taste decisions that need human intervention to proceed.

Why does my business plan review only show disagreements instead of a final pass or fail verdict?▼

Your business plan review only shows disagreements because the synthesis process is designed to aggregate scores and surface conflicting perspectives for human decision-making. It intentionally highlights taste decisions and stakeholder disagreements rather than issuing an automated pass or fail verdict.
