What problem does it solve?
It turns a GitHub issue into a complete, tracked implementation workflow by investigating scope, planning changes, executing TDD and reviews, verifying results, and resolving findings.

- Issue-driven execution: Accepts an issue URL/number/owner#number and runs an end-to-end workflow for bug, task, or feature scope.
- Plan-first analysis with guardrails: Fetches full issue context, generates a complete execution plan, and asks focused user questions only when scope is unclear or blocked.
- Automated review, checks, and iterative fixes: Runs multiple reviewers/checkers (up to three loops) and re-executes scoped fixes for failures.
- Targeted manual verification when needed: Performs frontend verification via project script detection and Chrome DevTools testing when UI changes are detected.
