SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Maintains coherence of an Mpi-Kanban project by auditing drift across the knowledge index, board state, rules, memory pointers, and source-of-truth mode, and by proposing updates before they are applied to preserve alignment.

Core Features & Use Cases

Audits drift between project-profile, knowledge index, board.json, and interop state, and suggests corrective updates.
Validates pre-conditions such as initialized artifacts and existing governance structures, guiding users through a safe refresh workflow.
Supports mode-contract reviews and drift remediation to keep MPI projects scalable and consistent.

Quick Start

Audit and refresh your MPI project to align knowledge, board state, and rules.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I audit kanban board drift and refresh project knowledge?▼

To audit kanban board drift and refresh project knowledge, evaluate the knowledge index, board state, and mode contracts, then propose governance-aligned updates before applying changes to maintain synchronization.

What is project state drift in kanban governance?▼

Project state drift in kanban governance occurs when the knowledge index, board.json, rules, memory pointers, and source-of-truth mode fall out of sync, requiring an audit to suggest corrective updates and restore alignment.

Do I need initialized artifacts to refresh an MPI project?▼

Yes, you need initialized artifacts and existing governance structures as pre-conditions to refresh an MPI project, ensuring proposals are reviewed safely before any updates are applied to the board state.

How do mode-contract reviews work during a knowledge index refresh?▼

Mode-contract reviews during a knowledge index refresh validate mode rules and interop state against the project-profile, guiding drift remediation to keep MPI projects scalable and consistent across governance structures.

What is the best way to remediate drift between board.json and the source-of-truth?▼

The best way to remediate drift between board.json and the source-of-truth is to evaluate pre-conditions, generate a governance-aligned proposal for corrective updates, and review it before applying changes to the artifacts.
