What problem does it solve?
This Skill migrates an old SA Markdown layer into a Neo4j graph by parsing SA markdown into SaIR and HandoffIR, and applying deterministic Python scripts executed via mcp__neo4j__write-cypher.
Core Features & Use Cases
It reads SA markdown trees (docs/10-16 or 00-06 variants) plus docs/99-meta/traceability-matrix.md, emits SA nodes and SA-internal relationships, and creates cross-layer handoff edges for BA when present, enabling end-to-end migration and traceability.
