What problem does it solve?
Graph-based development planning from SA specifications in Neo4j replaces the need to read dozens of markdown files by deriving a unified plan directly from the graph. It generates a complete TL workflow by performing one Cypher query per UC and producing paired BE+FE tasks, TECH tasks, api-contracts, and execution waves.
