• Metadata & file creation: Collects title, area, type, folder, and optional due date and calls an MCP tool to create a project file with the correct template.
• Action enforcement: Runs an action-creation loop that appends next actions to context files so projects are never left without a next step.
• Use case: Rapidly create a simple personal errand in Quick mode, or perform a Deep planning session for a multi-stakeholder initiative with brainstorm and organization phases.
